The valve unit has an outer closing plate (90) and a single-piece, elastic block body (80), which is equipped with a shoulder (822) that is attached to the valve seat in a sealing manner. A lower connection (811) knocks against the closing plate. The body is elastically compressible in an axial direction (Z).
