The folder has a cover (2) and a strip (3) that is provided for attaching papers on an inner part of a base surface (1). The strip is formed of magnetic or magnetic-sensitive material. A pressing strip (4) is placed over the papers and is tightened by magnetic force of the strip such that a spring clamps the papers between the strip and the pressing strip. The pressing strip is longer than the strip such that edges of the strip are gripped with a finger and the pressing strip is loosened.
