The unit has a motor (12) with an evaluation- and control electronics (4) switching a coupling unit (11) or the motor from resting into an activated condition after inputting an intellectual code with code units (X). The code units are represented in the form of numbers and/or characters and/or symbols in an outer turning knob (1). Concrete code units are input in concrete defined turning positions of the knob. The knob is rotated, so that it stays in the positions, where the selected positions are verified by a defined action of a reader implemented by pressing or pulling of the knob.
