A joint head (1) is fastened with a tension screw (5) inserted on a joint side in a shank's neck collar journal (3). The tension screw has a conical head and a thread on its opposite end, into which an anchoring nut (7) engages so that an externally inserted screwing tool can create a tie-rod effect on the tension screw. This can produce a collet-chuck-type press fit between the joint head and the shank's neck collar journal.
