The device has a flexible ring shaped body with a compressed air supply (7) connected with a venturi nozzle (2) by a pressure supply conduit (10). The venturi nozzle is attached directly to a pinch valve (1) and to an electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic or mechanical shutoff device e.g. ball valve, by a connecting pipeline (11). Electromagnetically controlled or pneumatic solenoid valve blocks the connection between a pressure pipe (14) and a check valve (3) in a connecting position for closing the pinch valve.
