The fluid line has cross-sectional form (101, 102) that deforms plastically and steadily by a tensioning device based on a circular form (10A) such that an inner periphery of the fluid line is unchanged opposite to the circular form and a surface of the fluid line is reduced opposite to the circular form. The tensioning device acts on the fluid line from outside, and the fluid line is made of a rigid material. An outer pipe radially encloses an inner pipe, where the outer pipe is made of a rigid material and the inner pipe is made of an elastic material.
