The clamping device (10) for a pocket filter, which is equipped with a framework receiving filter pockets, comprises a first section (20) having fixed elements (40A, 50A, 50B) and a second section (30) pivotably arranged against the first section. The fixed elements are formed for cooperating with additional fixed elements (40B, 50C) arranged at the second section under the formation of the clamping device as a U-shaped profile. The fixed elements of the first and second section are adjacently arranged to the area, in which the second section is pivotably arranged against the first section. The clamping device (10) for a pocket filter, which is equipped with a framework receiving filter pockets, comprises a first section (20) having fixed elements (40A, 50A, 50B) and a second section (30) pivotably arranged against the first section. The fixed elements are formed for cooperating with additional fixed elements (40B, 50C) arranged at the second section under the formation of the clamping device as a U-shaped profile. The fixed elements of the first and second section are adjacently arranged to the area, in which the second section is pivotably arranged against the first section. The first section is longer than the second section. The side of the clamping device having the opposite flow direction is aerodynamically formed. The first- and the second section in the open condition take an angle of 100[deg] to each other.
