The belt (3) is made of an elastomer matrix with embedded stability carriers, where the stability carriers have a modulus of elasticity of above 3000 Newton/millimeters and below 5000 Newton/millimeters related to width of the belt. The stability carriers are made of polyester cord. Two belt pulleys (1, 2) are provided, where the belt is tightened on the pulleys such that the belt pulley (2) is moved away from the belt pulley (1) along a moving path and is swivelably locked during achievement of a pre-determined position.
