The device has a mutual bearing support (3) screwed at a belt frame in different preloading positions, and a drum axle (2) provided on both sides of a guide groove. The drum axle is led opposite to the bearing support in clamping direction, and is fixed right-angled to the groove. Disk-shaped eccentric cams (6) are rotatably located on the drum axle, and have outer contours with curved recesses (7) in sliding intervals with an axis of rotation of the eccentric cams. The eccentric cams are space dependently supported by pins (8) fastened to the bearing support.
