The converter has a guide rail with a roll stopper (3), which is provided with elements, which stay effectively together with safety relevant elements such as stopper and lowering mechanism. The lowering mechanism is provided over movable stopper elements automatically and logically in a safety condition. The stopper is movably designed at a removal side in an elastically hinged manner. The stopper is movably supported at the removal side in a direction of pallet movement, in a springy manner.
