The keep-fit trail has 10 sports-stations and 200 meter track for recovery of muscles and physique of persons suffering from hypocinesia, where the stations are constructed according to new therapeutical condition of the health. A support is made from hot-dip galvanized steel, and all edges of the keep-fit trail are rounded. A walking bar has 30 centimeter height and 4 meter long, where the keep-fit trail is partially made from beech tree or oak timber.
