The device has a primary part (2) e.g. ball implant, and a secondary part (1) provided with a bar unit (3), where the secondary part is lockable with the primary part over the bar unit. The bar unit is rotatably supported around an axis (7) in the secondary part and is rotatable around the axis in rotation angle positions to lock the bar unit in one of the rotation angle positions under a projection (10) of the primary part and to unlock in the other rotation angle position, where the axis is horizontal in the secondary part. An independent claim is also included for a method for detachably fastening of dental prosthesis to a primary part.
