The method involves dynamically generating a task flow by interconnection of selected tasks, such that the task flow is executed in different processing instances one after the other. The generated task flow is interrupted in a definable time and is processed at a later time point in the definable processing instance. Individual tasks of the task flow are processed in the different processing instances. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a system for providing a distributed task flow-architecture (2) a computer program product with program code for executing a method for processing a task flow.
