A signal transfers at the control when the light barrier is no longer interrupted, so that the time point is computed from the common conveyor belt speed and the common distance between the light barrier and the device. A loading sensor appealing on pressure is intended at the device, detects the concern of the dough strands and transfers the information to the control.
