The flexible thread (E) has a core (1) of flexible material and a winding thread (2). The winding thread exhibits a material that absorbs heat energy if the ambient temperature is higher than an upper limit temperature, and delivers heat to its environment if the ambient temperature falls under a lower limit temperature. The core is made of an elastic material. The winding thread contains a phase change material, and is made of fiber or filament. Microcapsules and/or microfibers are embedded between the core and the winding thread.
