The ceiling unit (1) has a conducting unit (4) for accommodation of a cooling fluid and comprising a carrier layer (5). An insulating layer (7) is provided for one-sided, heat-insulating covering of the carrier layer. The insulating layer is divided into insulating filling sections (8, 9), over which the ceiling unit is connectable with a space ceiling-sided carrier structure (10). The layer thickness of the insulation filling sections (8) corresponds to the insulating filling sections (9).
