The regulator has a compression spring (3) designed in a manner such that the spring has a minimum pressure, where the spring is contributed as basic force over entire control range, and the minimum pressure is held by the regulator in a blower independent manner. The spring subjected to blower air provides additional force for pressure boosting from minimum pressure by the regulator, where the spring pressure on a diaphragm (2) is adjusted by hand or a motor, so the downstream of spring is regulatable.
