The circuit (1) has two controlling units (5, 6) connected parallel to each other, so that the controlling units are adjustable by a common switching unit (7) i.e. semiconductor switch. The controlling units are respectively connected to change-over contacts (a, b) during charging of a supply voltage (3) by a changing switch unit (4), where the controlling unit (5) is a positive temperature coefficient unit, and the controlling unit (6) is a starting relay for a pump motor. The changing switch unit, two controlling units and the common switching unit are serially connected.
