Method for manufacturing torque sensor, involves producing a magnetic field in circumferential direction in magnetoelastic binding and counteract of positive hysteresis in torque sensor, and negative hysteresis are effected in binding
The method involves producing a magnetic field in circumferential direction within magnetoelastic binding, which has a desired magnetic field direction. Another magnetic field is produced in circumferential direction within magnetoelastic binding in another desired magnetic field direction, which is opposite to the former magnetic field direction. The former magnetic field is spatial arranged in an axial distance from the latter magnetic field. The counteract of a positive hysteresis are produced within the torque sensor (12) and negative hysteresis are effected within magnetoelastic binding. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for reduction of hysteresis in magnetoelastic torque sensor (2) a torque sensor arrangement with a reduced hysteresis.
