Internal-combustion engine controlling method for vehicle, involves selecting reference angle for signal event in tolerance range between tolerance starting angle and tolerance end angle
The method involves producing a signal by two signal events, and providing a holding period between the signal events. One of the events is determined depending on a reference angle of a shaft for the other event under consideration of the holding period and an angle of rotation speed of the shaft. The latter event is determined depending on the former event, the holding period and a control of an internal-combustion engine with the signal. A reference angle for the latter event is selected in a tolerance range between a tolerance starting angle and a tolerance end angle. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a device, in particular a motor control of an internal-combustion engine, which is accomplished for executing a method for controlling an internal-combustion engine (2) a computer program with a program code for executing a method for controlling an internal-combustion engine.
