The holder (1) has a base (2) with a passing through opening (6) and two assembly angles (3, 4) with a retaining axle stub and a mounting axle stub. A retaining holder (15) is provided at one of the assembly angles and retains an electrical conductor. The assembly angles are inserted over the passing through opening, so that the mounting axle stub lies against an upper side of the base. The retaining axle stub extends to a lower side of the base beyond an edge of the passing through opening.
