The meter housing has a length compensation unit for screwing of the meter housing and a combined free flow valve in an installed fitting in a discharge direction. The length compensation unit is changed for installation of the meter housing without changing a flow direction. The meter housing is designed with different port sizes in a flow direction-input side and an exit side. The housing is made of polyethylene 100 SDR11 PN16 for larger parts. A tool surface is attached to the exit side from a thread piece.
