The method involves delivering condensation heat as useful heat to environment, and removing heat of vapor and partial liquid in a heat exchanger (7). The heat of the vapor and the partial liquid are used for preheating of easily evaporatable liquid and the partial liquid. Impulse of the liquid flowing in a conical condensation container to a part is used for driving a generator (17) on a same axis, and an extracted impulse is used for driving a jet pump (9). A part of the liquid condensed in a condenser (11) is evaporated. An independent claim is also included for a device for using kinetic energy of a liquid vapor mixture.
