The vehicle has an air conditioning system with an air duct (1), where an air that is air-conditioned by the conditioning system flows through the air duct. An airbag module arrangement has a gas generator (2) and an airbag module (3) that has a folded air bag inflatable by a gas produced by the gas generator. The generator has a gas-tight gas generator housing (2.1) communicating with an interior of the air bag. An opening (4.1) is formed in the air duct such that a portion of the air that flows through the air duct discharges from the opening to the air duct and loads the generator housing. An independent claim is also included for a method for tempering a gas generator and/or an airbag module in a motor vehicle.
