A lance (11) has a water discharge. One of the blades is movably supported in a holder (21), and the movable blade is loaded for executing a cutting movement by a hinge lever (18). A hydraulic cylinder (12) has a piston, a piston rod (17) and an inlet provided at an upper end (16) of the hydraulic cylinder. A spring is provided for an indirect drive for opening the blades.
