The device has temperature measuring devices e.g. thermistor and positive temperature coefficient (PTC) resistor, provided at primary and secondary circuits for detecting temperatures (T1-T4), respectively to provide electrical voltages as reference measured variable for the respective temperatures. The voltages arranged in corresponding polarity directions are connected in rows, where the directions are opposite to each other and a resultant voltage is a control variable. The voltages are arranged in a potential circuit in pairs within parallel voltage branch.
