Flow-control elements are formed by single-winged guide vanes (8) that protrude away from a mixer (7) surface, fit in multiple guide vane rings (18-20) around a mixer's central point (17) and all slant away from each linking point starting radially outwards on the mixer and away from the mixer's central point so that a stream of exhaust gas is pushed radially outwards through the single-winged guide vanes.
