The bipolar plate (1) has an individual disk part (2) with an electric flow current whose upper side and lower side has an inflow area (4) and outflow area (5). The electric flow fields (F1,F2) are formed by a positive structure (K1) and a negative structure (K2) of the channel structure (K), which are brought into the disk element and the electric flow field are contacted with electrodes, which are adjacent to diaphragm electrode unit. The sealing element is formed as another disk part of a flexibly ductile material, particularly as an elastomer sealing.
