The solar cells and charge controller are connected in series or in parallel connection. The lithium-polymer-batteries are made of cathode masses, polymer gel separator and anode masses, and are manufactured by an extrusion coating of cathode masses in primer aluminum conductor and an extrusion coating of anode masses of copper conductor with subsequent positioning of separator and laminating.
