Pedestal has rails designed as freely standing bracket (14) whereby brackets are pivot mounted in the bottom (15) of the vehicle. A section of the respective bracket is horizontally arranged away from the bottom with a guidance (23,24). The respective bracket exhibits two guidance arranged one above the other for holding of insertions (34,35) in different levels.
