Producing an extract from fresh aloe leaf of the plant kind Aloe capensis group, comprises: chopping the aloe leaf; storing the chopped leaf at a low temperature for at least 12 days, where at least a biochemical modification is stimulated; subsequently mashing a sample of 10 g of the aloe-leaf together with 20 g of an ascorbate-phosphate-buffer solution; allowing the macerate to stand at room temperature for 60 minutes and then pressing and filtering the macerate; storing the extracted juice for 7 days and diluting the obtained mother tincture with the buffered solution. Producing an extract from fresh aloe leaf of the plant kind Aloe capensis group, comprises: cutting off the aloe leaf of 6 years old plants; storing the chopped leaf in a dark area at a low temperature for at least 12 days, where at least a biochemical modification is stimulated in the tissues of the leaf under formation of biogenic stimulators in the tissue cells; subsequently mashing a sample of 10 g of the aloe-leaf together with 20 g of an ascorbate-phosphate-buffer solution in a mortar to a mash, where the drying loss of the fresh aloe-leaf is determined to be 97% and 38.8 g of the previously produced buffer solution is given at the beginning; allowing the macerate to stand at room temperature for 60 minutes and then pressing and filtering the macerate; storing the extracted juice of the leaf for 7 days in a dark area at 6-8[deg] C; diluting the so obtained mother tincture with the buffered solution. An independent claim is included for a panel for sheet, mattress support, sleep corner and such things, comprising textile fabric or knitted fabrics, where the fabric or knitted fabric (per square meter) is coated and/or impregnated with 6 g of a mixture from the extract of the bush aloe-Aloe fruticosa and the plant drug Berberis in a size of 1 mm.
