The edges form a passage between the edge sides and the upper side and/or the lower side. The upper side exhibits a media-dense cover (11) from media-dense material, which forms non-porous connection with the backside of the cover and fills-up a relieving groove (22) interlocked to a support structure, in the walls of the cutout. The media-endangered partial areas of opened walls of the cutout exhibit a media-dense edge cover, which is arranged between the media-dense cover and the media receiving core material. The core material exhibits lamellae-type pores, supporting structure with cavities, honeycomb structure, press board, press straw board, press hemp board, press-wood powder board and light metal structure. The cover exhibits a material layer of a thickness of 0.3-1 mm and a plastic filled with ceramic particle or mineral particle having thickness of 1-16 mm. The relieving groove is positively fixed into the walls of the core material. The support structure exhibits different depths or different lengths in the core material, groove- and spring joint with the media dense material in the cross-section, and first- and second media dense material in the core material. The first dense material is penetrated into the pores of the walls of the support structure by gravity force, pressure and/or capillary forces. The second medium dense material exhibits a fabricated sealing profile band, which is pressed into the support structure and is integrally connected to the first dense material. The pressed sealing profile band is fixed in the core material of the core board in the recess via screwing elements. The outer side of the medium-dense material and the remaining wall of the core material exhibit a coplanar wall. The medium-dense material exhibits a profile whose outer contour protrudes over the cover of the board and forms a profile section within the cutout. The single component is arranged on the profile section of the medium-dense material. The media-dense cover covers frame areas of the single component. The profile of the media dense material exhibits a spring extension, which protrudes into the core material. The spring extension and the profile section are arranged oppositely each other in the cross section of the medium-dense material. The profile section is supported by supporting element, which is integrally connected to the media dense material of the section and to the core material.
