A method for use by a wireless access point in a communication system in order to facilitate at least of a request for communication of a mobile station, wherein the communication system several hierarchically layered mobility management agents and the method comprising:– the provision of a replacement - internet protocol address for use in the name of the mobile station; and– the use of the replacement - internet protocol address as a replacement address for the mobile station and an internet protocol address of the wireless terminal as a care - of address for the mobile station in the case of the interaction with a first mobility management agent to support the request for communication of the mobile station.
