The device has a joint provided in a height of lumbar vertebra, and supports inserted into straight ends of a cantilever arm (21). The supports are locked to the joint in a longitudinal axis of the cantilever arm, and are provided with a guiding groove and a locking screw. Another pivotable cantilever arm (7) is adjusted in a longitudinal axis of a height, and runs towards back. The latter arm is locked by a screw, and runs out of the joint. An upper joint (8) is pivotably and movably held in the height to a longitudinal axis of the arm (21) in a breast height.
