The device has a retainer bar (4) and a handle (1) including a slot (3) at an end. The slot corresponds to a dimension of the retainer bar and has a bore hole for retaining a snapping and clamping device perpendicular to a width of the retainer bar with respect to a thickness of the retainer bar. The snapping and clamping device consists of a screw (8), a spring (7) and a bowl (6). The bowl projects at the slot partially in a slot area, and the retainer bar is clamped in the slot by a spring force transmitted on the bowl. The spring is clamped by the screw.
