The blocking element has a main body (10) located on one end of a ratchet head (11). There is a receiver chamber (4) for a ratchet (5) as well as a block pawl (9) and a spring element (7). The ratchet has a smooth section on its outer surface and has a ring-groove for a block element (5.1). There is at least one channel hole (8) in a ring groove (4.2) whilst the block element has one fold. The channel hole in a receiver chamber holds the ratchet for a lifting a mounting extension or a screw or pressing against a screw extension or a screw if the block element is received in the ring groove. The block element may be made from metal and be ring-shaped as well as having a round cross section and have elasticity. The block element may be made from two arches.
