The shoe has crumble components (7) provided at a metatarsal part of a shoe upper part (1), and made of flexible material in the form of bird wings. Actual material of the shoe upper part with sliding transitions is reduced in its firmness in the surroundings of the crumble components and between the crumble components. A central point of the crumble components lies on a swung curve running from an instep to the sole. Angle from the instep to the sole takes values between 20 degrees to 60 degrees, where the angle is included by the bird wings of the components. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a sports shoe.
