The glass production process involves using a thick ceramic plate (11) with a round central aperture (12) as a bending mold. A pack of panes is laid down with a divider between the panes. After bending by the gravity method, the desired shape is achieved and placed in a furnace. After cooling it is removed and the panes are set up with spacers between them to receive an intermediate resin layer.
