The method involves calibrating tire pressure sensor switch (16a, 16b,16c,16d) in two areas. The calibration data is generated for the respective areas. The calibrated data of the two areas are stored in memory (26) of tire pressure detection switch. The pressure displaying signal is transmitted to a receiver (28) with one of the selective calibration suitable area status. A pressure signal is generated as reaction of pressure displaying signal and area status. The tire pressure control signal is operated with the pressure signal. An independent claim is also included for the tire pressure sensor switch for a tire pressure control system of a vehicle.
