The guiding element has a set of transparent guiding bodies (1) arranged on a surface and connected to each other. Each guiding body has a refractive inlet surface (11) at a side pointing outward and a refractive outlet surface (12) at another side pointing inward. The inlet surface and outlet surface are curved outward, and a reflector (2) is located adjacent to or on the outlet surface. A surface of the reflector is smaller than the surface of the guiding bodies visible in a window opening. Each body has a side surface between the inner surface and outer surface.
