The probe has a condensate tube integrated in a probe tube (2), and a condensate stream-distributor connected with or attached underneath the condensate tube, where the condensate tube is arranged in the probe tube. The stream-distributor is designed as a distributor tube (1), perforated pipe or a rotary tube with distributor nozzles (3) arranged in different planes. The distributor nozzles are arranged radially or tangentially with different outlet angles at the stream-distributor. The distributor is arranged in a long tubing evaporator for even liquid distribution and wetting.
