The device has measuring cells (6) i.e. foil strain gauge, arranged over a base surface of a load distributed structure (8) in an underground (2), in a distributed manner. The underground produces the load distributed structure that is coupled with a programmable control unit. The measuring cells are arranged at corner points of the load distributed structure. A system of the load distributed structure and the measuring cells are arranged in a base mounting receptacle (4) inserted in a base recess. An independent claim is also included for a method for detecting a net weight of a person and an animal.
