A transfer device in which the transference zone of the first conveyor and the material-receiving zone of the second conveyer are mutually movable in three planes of freedom. Between the transfer chute and the rotational cute is arranged an annular seal (11) positioned on the rotary chute and comprises a support ring on the bottom face of which is a sealing disk and on whose outer edge is a cylindrical outer ring extending downwards.
