The structure has a wider area (1) with a floor (1.1) and a roof (1.2), and is arranged at two shafts (2.1, 2.2) such that the shafts penetrates through the wider area, overlaps above and produces a connection, which stabilizes the structure for a foundation (3). Each shaft comprises a discharge opening (4.1) in the wider area. Several height-displaceable loading platforms (5.1-n) are arranged over each other and placed in the shafts. Internal equipments and/or function-carriers for infrastructure of the structure are arranged on the loading platforms. An independent claim is also included for a method for adjustment and reconstruction of a wider area.
