Designed as coils/windings, two electrodes (50) fit proximally and adjacent to a balloon (30) with a gap between each other and partly encircle the periphery of a catheter (10). A first inlet opening (40) fits adjacent to the electrodes. A second inlet opening (42) fits distally adjacent to the balloon and communicates with the first inlet opening. In a catheter canal communicating with an outlet opening (20) there is an opposing electrode working together with the two electrodes. Only one distal section of the electrode is coated with platinum.
