Procedure for magnetic separation of magnetic and/or magnetisable particle from a substance for cleaning liquid mixtures such as suspension/sludge having magnetic particles, comprises contacting the liquid mixture with solid material
The procedure for magnetic separation of magnetic and/or magnetisable particle from a substance (10) for cleaning liquid mixtures such as suspension or sludge containing magnetic particles, comprises contacting the liquid mixtures with solid materials that are area wise magnetic and/or magnetisable /non-magnetic and/or non- magnetisable, and extracting magnetic components from the substance to be cleaned continuously in the section of the magnetisable material. The substance having magnetic impurities is continuously led over a line. The procedure for magnetic separation of magnetic and/or magnetisable particle from a substance (10) for cleaning liquid mixtures such as suspension or sludge containing magnetic particles, comprises contacting the liquid mixtures with solid materials that are area wise magnetic and/or magnetisible or non-magnetic and/or non- magnetisable, and extracting magnetic components from the substance to be cleaned continuously in the section of the magnetisable material. The substance having magnetic impurities is continuously led over a line and contains individual sections out of magnetisable material. A device for continuous reception of magnetic components is brought into a container with the fluid mixture having magnetic impurities. Gradient fields emerge in the sections of magnetisable material and influence on the magnetic components of the substance to be cleaned in the sense of a separation. The magnetisable areas move relative to the direction against to the substance to be cleaned and the cleaning is carried out in counter current principle. The magnetisable material is alternatively magnetized in contacting and extracting step through first and second field. An independent claim is included for an arrangement for magnetic separation of magnetic and/or magnetisable particle from a substance.
