The arrangement has a cylindrical rotor (2) i.e. casting part, arranged in a cylindrical housing (1) and comprising a rotary axle, which is arranged in a longitudinal flow direction. A front-sided air inlet opening (10.1) and front-sided air outlet openings (11.1, 12.1) have passage channels (10-12) arranged within the rotor. The passage channels (11, 12) have a central axis exhibiting curved characteristics, and the passage channel (10) has a tapering with which an inlet opening exhibits a smaller cross section.
