A channel contains a bluff body (8) in its cross section; this forms an agitator. It is located between a constriction and a flow stabilization chamber (3). The bluff body has a cylindrical- or various other simple geometric cross sections. It is a sieve, a rod or intersecting rods. They are offset radially or axially. Spacing between the constriction and the bluff body is less than 10-20 diameters of the constriction. The constriction diameter is 50 mu m - 2 mm. This diameter increases in the flow direction.
