The electrolysis device for the electrochemical application in the biological body useful for medical therapeutic and diagnostic treatment of sensitive disorders and diseases, comprises electropositive metal anode and cathode material, and metal ions released from the electrode material. In the non-flow condition, the biological body has the electrode material with less negative normal potential (- 0.10 V up to -1.10 V) in the polar dielectric and in the flow condition, the body has few metal ions released from the electrode material into the buffered dielectric.
