The electrolysis device for the electrochemical application in the biological body useful for medical therapeutic and diagnostic treatment of sensitive disorders and diseases, comprises electropositive metal anode and cathode material, and metal ions released from the electrode material. In the non-flow condition, the biological body has the electrode material with less negative normal potential (- 0.10 V up to -1.10 V) in the polar dielectric and in the flow condition, the body has few metal ions released from the electrode material into the buffered dielectric. The electrolysis device for the electrochemical application in the biological body useful for medical therapeutic and diagnostic treatment of sensitive disorders and diseases, comprises electropositive metal anode and cathode material, and metal ions released from the electrode material. In the non-flow condition, the biological body has the electrode material with less negative normal potential (- 0.10 V up to -1.10 V) in the polar dielectric and in the flow condition, the body has few metal ions released from the electrode material into the buffered dielectric. The metal ions are biologically acceptable and are slowly exhausted itself due to slow releasing. The metal ions are contacted with the surface of the biological body and/or are received by a membrane of the biological body. The current flow not progresses directly through the biological body surrounded by the dielectric and the electrodes are reversed after a set time interval. An independent claim is included for an electrode material.
