The off-shore sweet water reservoir and water treatment assembly floats in the water and is stable to prevent kinking along its longitudinal axis and twisting against the vertical axis. It is immersed to a depth where it is unaffected by wave movements at the water surface. The sweet water rises over the salt water through the dynamic equilibrium of two different mineralized fields.
